Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • All purchases of courses, subscriptions, games, premium content, or digital learning services on Junior Labs are generally final and non-refundable.
  • Once access to paid content, courses, games, subscriptions, or services has been provided, cancellation or refund requests may not be accepted.
  • However, if your payment has been successfully deducted but you have not received access to the purchased service, course, subscription, or content, you may contact us at juniorlabsjl@gmail.com.
  • After receiving your request, Junior Labs will verify the transaction details and check whether the service or access was delivered successfully.
  • If it is confirmed that payment was deducted but access was not provided due to a technical or payment processing issue, the eligible refund will be processed as per our review and applicable payment gateway policies.
  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction, after deducting any applicable payment gateway charges, service charges, or taxes, if applicable.
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, or payment service provider. It may take approximately 3 to 21 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
  • Junior Labs will not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party payment service providers.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • If the user has already accessed or used the paid course, game, subscription, or digital content.
  • If the refund request is made due to change of mind after purchase.
  • If the user purchased the wrong plan, course, or subscription by mistake.
  • If the account was suspended or terminated due to violation of Junior Labs policies.
  • If the issue is caused by the user's device, internet connection, browser, or unsupported system.
