- Once access to paid content, courses, games, subscriptions, or services has been provided, cancellation or refund requests may not be accepted.
- However, if your payment has been successfully deducted but you have not received access to the purchased service, course, subscription, or content, you may contact us at juniorlabsjl@gmail.com.
- After receiving your request, Junior Labs will verify the transaction details and check whether the service or access was delivered successfully.
- If it is confirmed that payment was deducted but access was not provided due to a technical or payment processing issue, the eligible refund will be processed as per our review and applicable payment gateway policies.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction, after deducting any applicable payment gateway charges, service charges, or taxes, if applicable.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, or payment service provider. It may take approximately 3 to 21 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
- Junior Labs will not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party payment service providers.
