Terms for using Junior Labs services, content, subscriptions, and platform access

1. "Company", "We", "Our", or "Us" means Junior Labs and its Website, application, services, products, content, and platform.
2. "You", "Your", "User", "Student", "Parent", or "Guardian" means any person who visits, registers, accesses, purchases, or uses our Platform or services.
3. "Platform" means the Website, application, learning content, games, courses, quizzes, assessments, subscriptions, and other services provided by Junior Labs.
4. "Services" means all educational, digital, game-based learning, subscription-based, and related services provided by Junior Labs.

A contract exists between Junior Labs and the User once the User accesses the Platform, creates an account, purchases a service, subscribes to any plan, or uses any paid or free service provided by Junior Labs.

Our services may include learning content, educational games, practice activities, assessments, progress tracking, performance reports, subscriptions, and other digital learning tools.

• Registration on the Platform may be free or paid depending on the services selected.
• Users must provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.
• Students below the age of 18 should use the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• Parents or guardians may create or manage accounts on behalf of minor students.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• You cannot transfer your account, subscription, or access rights to another person without our written permission.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts if false information, misuse, unauthorized access, or policy violations are found.

• All purchases, subscriptions, and paid services are generally final and non-transferable.
• Refunds are not guaranteed unless specifically mentioned in the plan, offer, or applicable policy.

• We will review the issue and, if found valid, process the refund as per applicable payment gateway and company policies.
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method, subject to bank/payment gateway timelines and applicable deductions, if any.
• Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

• Junior Labs aims to provide accurate and useful educational content, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every individual learning need.
• We do not guarantee specific academic results, marks, rankings, performance improvement, or outcomes from using the Platform.
• We are not responsible for interruptions caused by internet issues, device problems, third-party services, technical failures, maintenance, or events beyond our control.
• We are not liable for any loss of data, learning progress, access, or service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
• Third-party links, tools, payment gateways, or services may have their own policies, and Junior Labs is not responsible for their actions or content.

You agree that you shall not provide or upload any information:

• which is false, fraudulent, inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete;
• which is defamatory, abusive, threatening, unlawful, offensive, or harmful;
• which contains viruses, malware, worms, trojans, or harmful code;
• which violates intellectual property, privacy, or legal rights of any person;
• which may create liability for Junior Labs or harm the Platform.

You further agree that you shall not:

• systematically extract, copy, scrape, or compile data from the Platform without permission;
• create fake accounts or use automated tools to access the Platform;
• interfere with security-related features of the Platform;
• mislead Junior Labs or other users;
• attempt to impersonate another user or person;
• sell, transfer, or misuse your account or subscription;
• use the Platform to compete with Junior Labs or for unauthorized commercial purposes;
• use the Platform in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

• You may discontinue using Junior Labs at any time.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Junior Labs harmless from and against any losses, liabilities, claims, damages, demands, costs, and expenses arising out of:

In case of any dispute between the User and Junior Labs, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through mutual discussion.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days from the date one party notifies the other party about the dispute, the dispute may be resolved as per applicable laws.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable laws, courts located in Mumbai, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable.
